Be able to conduct thorough paid media audits with thoughtful insights and actionable recommendations.
Be able to build strategic media plans based on market research, historical client data, audit findings, and data from available digital media tools.

Experience managing and collaborating with third‑party media vendors and platforms.
Be able to manage day‑to‑day platform optimizations, ongoing campaign maintenance, vendor relationships, and pacing.

Be able to analyze, interpret, and communicate performance data in a meaningful narrative that connects media performance to business outcomes and informs future strategy.
Be able to provide strategic recommendations for client growth.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying issues, testing hypotheses, and improving performance beyond standard best practices.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication interpersonal skills with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for performance marketing and paid media best practices.
