Paul Bridges Group is partnering with a well‑established staffing firm that is looking to hire a senior leader to help grow its Contract/Temporary Accounting & Finance Practice.
This is a player‑coach opportunity for someone who wants to stay close to revenue generation while also helping build, lead, and shape a broader business unit.
This is not a cold start.
The firm already has existing client agreements, active demand, and long‑standing relationships across financial services and related markets, providing a strong foundation for someone to come in and scale quickly.

What You’ll Do
- Drive business development within contract and temporary Accounting & Finance staffing, with a particular focus on financial services, banking, and other complex professional environments.
- Leverage existing client relationships, signed agreements, and active demand to generate revenue quickly, while also creating new opportunities across the market.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client development through negotiation, account expansion, and long‑term relationship management.
- Operate as a player‑coach, contributing individual production while also helping shape team strategy, delivery alignment, and overall practice growth.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong execution, speed to market, and high‑quality delivery.
- Help build and scale a high‑performing A&F temp practice with a strong commercial foundation.
- Serve as a credible, market‑facing partner to clients across finance‑related sectors.
What They’re Looking For
- 7‑10 years of staffing experience, ideally with a track record of progressive growth and increased leadership responsibility.
- A background in professional services staffing, specifically within contract A&F.
- Experience building, managing, or scaling teams within a temp environment.
- Comfort working with financial services MSAs, particularly across banking and investment banking clients, even if not currently producing in that vertical.
- Understanding how to generate results in a practical timeframe (this is not a role built around long cycles, 1–2 year MSP pursuits.)
The compensation structure is highly flexible and can be creative to make the right person financially whole.
That said, expectations will scale accordingly based on compensation requirements.
For example, a candidate seeking compensation at the higher end of the market would need to demonstrate the ability to support that through significant production.
