Madison Davis is expanding our Contract & Temporary Accounting & Finance practice and we are looking for a senior producer to help lead the build.
This is a player-coach role for someone who wants to generate revenue, build a team, and own a meaningful piece of the business.
You are not walking into an empty desk. Madison Davis has active MSAs and long standing relationships across Financial Services and Banking, giving you immediate access to live client demand and a strong foundation to scale from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Drive business development across contract and temporary Accounting & Finance staffing with a focus on Financial Services and Banking clients.
- Leverage existing Madison Davis client relationships and MSAs to generate revenue immediately while expanding those accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and client development to negotiation and long term account growth.
- Operate as a player coach by producing personally while helping shape delivery strategy and practice growth.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure speed, quality, and strong client execution.
- Help scale and build a high performing A&F contract staffing practice.
- Represent Madison Davis as a trusted staffing partner within Financial Services and Accounting & Finance markets.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of staffing experience with a strong focus on contract or temporary Accounting & Finance placements.
- A consistent track record of revenue production and client development.
- Experience selling into Financial Services, Banking, or highly regulated environments.
- Leadership instincts with the ability to build and mentor a team over time.
- Strong negotiation skills and executive level client communication.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something meaningful.
