What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver value-added risk control services to assigned commercial clients
Assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business
Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including overnight trips
Utilize problem-solving and negotiating skills with senior-level client staff
Collaborate effectively in a team-based environment to achieve goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Five years of experience in a risk management consulting position or equivalent education and training
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and goal-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, PTC Certificates, RMI, or Fire Science degrees
3-7 years of industry experience with technical expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA regulations
Strong analytical skills to communicate risks effectively to clients and colleagues
