What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver value-added risk control services to assigned commercial clients
Assist Producers in acquiring and retaining business
Travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays
Utilize problem-solving skills and negotiate with senior-level client staff
Collaborate within a team-based environment to achieve goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five years of experience in a risk management consulting position or equivalent education and training
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, or degrees in RMI or Fire Science
3-7 years of industry experience with technical expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA regulations
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate risks effectively
