What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver value-added risk control services to assigned commercial clients in designated territories or industry verticals
Assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business
Communicate effectively with senior-level client staff to solve problems and negotiate
Collaborate within a team-based environment to achieve goals
Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five years of experience in a risk management consulting position or equivalent education and related training
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including regular overnight trips
Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiating skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional certifications such as ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, or degrees in Fire Science
3-7 years of industry experience with technical expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA regulations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate risks effectively to clients and colleagues
