What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+) through the entire sales process

Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota overachievement

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises using a consultative approach

Experience selling to C-level executives and identifying business challenges

Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of artificial intelligence in legal operations

Ability to develop and execute an account plan while managing the entire sales cycle independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree preferred

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Background in the corporate sector or technology sales

Enthusiasm for prospecting and refining sales strategies

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments
