What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers

Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises with revenues of $500M+

Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach

Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal department operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Proven exemplary track record of sales quota overachievement

Experience refining sales strategies and enhancing team culture

Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing change effectivelyEnthusiastic about prospecting and building strong relationships with stakeholders
