Job Responsibilities

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a clean and up‑to‑date sales pipeline

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota overachievement

Experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)

Ability to sell to C‑level executives using a consultative and value‑based approach

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in legal department operations

Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations, with 25–50% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred

Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth mindset

Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders

Eager to help refine sales strategies and develop sales tools to boost overall success

Experience in the corporate sector preferred
