What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide ongoing 1:1 and group coaching to Business Development representatives on outbound prospecting and sales execution

Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in outreach efforts

Support BD teams in executing effective outreach strategies and messaging

Track key outbound metrics and implement targeted coaching strategies based on performance gaps

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on outbound strategy and improve campaign effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications)

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Experience coaching or training Business Development or Sales Development teams on outbound sales execution

Strong understanding of prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline generation strategies

Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching

Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Background as an SDR/BD Manager, Team Lead, or Sales Coach

Hands‑on experience with Outreach.io, including sequence building and optimization

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Experience working closely with RevOps and Sales Leadership
