Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $165,900 Potential for annual bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities Location flexibility with the option to work remotely across the U.S. Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on employee well‑being Chance to make a significant impact on sales performance and team effectiveness What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide ongoing 1:1 and group coaching to Business Development (BD) representatives focused on outbound prospecting and sales execution Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in outreach activity Train new hires on best practices for using Outreach.io and support BD teams in executing effective outreach strategies Track key outbound metrics and implement targeted coaching strategies to improve performance Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on outbound strategy and campaign effectiveness What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales coaching or training BD/SDR teams Strong understanding of prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline generation strategies Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Background as an SDR/BD Manager, Team Lead, or Sales Coach Hands‑on experience with Outreach.io, including sequence building and reporting Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Experience collaborating closely with RevOps and Sales Leadership We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
