What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities via phone and email
Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and influencers within your book of business
Track open sales orders, manage project timelines, and resolve customer issues
Provide product pricing and develop code directives to maintain target margin goals
Handle estimating, take‑off, and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
2‑5 years of experience in a sales or customer service‑related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Experience with B2B sales and CRM systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Specialized skills training or certification related to sales or customer service
Previous experience in the water and wastewater industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with project management principles
