What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Facilitate the sales process by prospecting new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
Manage customer orders and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Achieve profitable growth through meeting sales quotas and targets
Provide product pricing and consult on pricing matrices to determine appropriate costs
Develop product directives and perform estimating and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Experience with CRM systems and B2B sales is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Specialized skills training or certification related to sales or customer service
Previous experience in the water and wastewater industry
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
