What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Facilitate the sales process by generating new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
Oversee customer order and quotation requests, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service
Achieve profitable growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Consult pricing matrix and other resources to provide accurate product pricing
Develop code directives for products while maintaining target margin goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Experience with B2B sales and CRM systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Specialized skills training or certification in sales or customer service
Previous experience in the water and wastewater industry
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with estimating and proposal duties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
