What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
Manage customer orders and quotation requests, ensuring timely responses and support
Track open sales orders and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction
Provide product pricing and develop code directives while maintaining target margin goals
Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to pass a background and drug test
B2B experience and CRM knowledge are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Specialized skills training or certification in sales or customer service
Experience with project management and sales tracking
Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry
