What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
Manage customer order and quotation requests received via various communication channels
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional service
Generate profitable growth by meeting sales quotas and targets
Develop product pricing and maintain target margin goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
2-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Knowledge of B2B sales and CRM systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales role within a technical or industrial field
Familiarity with project management and estimating processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with product pricing and margin management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
