What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities via phone and email

Manage customer order and quotation requests, ensuring timely responses

Track open sales orders, resolve issues, and provide overall customer support

Consult pricing matrix to provide accurate product pricing to customers

Develop proposals and perform estimating and take-off duties as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred

2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

B2B experience and CRM knowledge are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in inside sales or technical sales roles

Familiarity with water and wastewater products or services

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
