We are looking for an Associate to provide general support to our sales and operations teams. This position helps ensure efficient communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer quotes and assist with preparing proposals. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers. Help resolve operational or sales-related issues as they arise. Use internal systems to track inventory and enter sales orders. Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices while maintaining positive relationships. Maintain accurate customer information and documentation. Engage with the Manager, Sales & Operations Support to adapt role responsibilities to company needs Other duties as assigned Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required Ability to deal with information that is highly sensitive and confidential Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable learning and using business software and inventory tools. Customer‑focused with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. Ability to interact well within a team environment. Preferred Experience,Qualifications & Skills
2-year or 4-year degree preferred Prior experience in sales or operations support is helpful but not required. About Our Company
