Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level, 3+ years for S2 Level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Valid driver’s license
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists
Comfortable leveraging multi-channel tools to expand sales reach
