Job Title: Sales Support/ Customer Service

Compensation: $55,000 annually

Summary Seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support sales operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for order entry, order management, and supporting customers within an assigned territory to ensure timely processing and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support Sales Managers with pre-sales activities, including maintaining contact databases and managing sample requests.
Manage order entry, processing, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor orders, shipment dates, and due orders to prevent delays.
Track and follow up on orders pending internal approvals.
Assist customers and potential agents while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues.
Coordinate artwork requests for customized orders.
Process returns and maintain accurate system records.
Support Sales Managers and new business development initiatives.
Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
Inside sales or upselling experience preferred
Some college preferred
Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with ERP or database systems
