Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our international lead generation efforts.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in targeting audiences in the UK, USA, and ANZ regions, preferably within the EdTech sector. You will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Drive international lead generation with a focus on UK, USA, and ANZ markets
Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling initiatives
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Implement and manage tracking tools, pixels, and analytics dashboards
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights and reports
Who Can Apply
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Proven experience in international lead generation (UK/USA/ANZ markets)
Prior experience in EdTech or the education industry is preferred
Strong understanding of digital funnels and paid marketing strategies
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
