Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and growing our relationship with existing Sage 50 customers while also driving new customer acquisitions. This is an inbound role; all sales opportunities are generated from customer calls into our queue. Your primary focus will be on consultative selling and tailoring the right integrated solutions—such as Sage 50 Cloud, Sage HR, and Sage Expense Management—to meet their evolving business needs. To thrive in this role, you must be an adaptive learner who can connect with diverse customer demographics and utilize effective discovery to understand the unique mechanics of how different businesses operate.

This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville office.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound calls to identify and close upsell opportunities within the existing Sage 50 customer base.

Use discovery conversations to uncover needs and position Sage 50 Cloud, Sage HR, and Sage Expense Management solutions.

Engage prospective clients who call in, understand their requirements and offer tailored Sage solutions.

Leverage Salesforce and internal systems to track deals and ensure accurate sales credit.

Qualifications

Preferred 1–3 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or account management (value‑based or solution selling experience is a plus).

Proven experience navigating CRM tools (Salesforce) and order entry systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook) is required.
