Commercial Construction Superintendent (Traveling Northeast)

Lucid is working with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on projects throughout the Northeast United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can take ownership of jobsite execution, manage subcontractors, and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For 15+ years of commercial construction field experience in commercial interiors and tenant improvements or retail and mixed-use development. Proven success as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent Strong background in commercial xsgimln projects (ground-up and/or interiors) Experience managing subcontractors and driving schedules Familiarity with construction management tools (Procore or similar) Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Based in Conneticut and willing to work throughout the Northeast
