We’re seeking a highly detail-orientedteam memberto ensure all web and digital marketing content is accurate, error-free, accessible, and aligned with established publishing standards prior to release. This role combines hands‑on content quality review with process governance—owning QA documentation, enforcing checklists, and enabling teams through training to reduce recurring publishing errors.

What You’ll Do Content Quality Control
Proofread and QA web pages, landing pages, forms, emails, and other digital marketing content prior to publishing
Identify and resolve typos, grammar issues, spacing problems, formatting inconsistencies, and layout/alignment defects
Validate hyperlinks and ensure all links function correctly
Confirm content adheres to design files, brand voice, and style/formatting standards
Conduct accessibility (ADA) checks and support compliance standards
Partner with authors, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to triage and resolve issues quickly
Process & Governance Develop, maintain, and enforce QA checklists and review protocols
Ensure publishing workflows and QC processes are followed consistently
Track recurring quality issues and implement preventative improvements
Conduct periodic audits of live content to maintain standards
Training & Enablement Create training materials, documentation, and “best practices” guidance
Train authors/publishers on QC expectations and publishing discipline
Provide constructive feedback to reduce repeat errors and improve efficiency
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to continuously improve workflows
Serve as the go‑to QA/QC resource for the digital publishing team
Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years' experience
Excellent proofreading and detail orientation (light editing/writing to support standards)
Experience QA’ing web or digital marketing content
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to enforce process standards diplomatically and consistently
Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and/or training materials
Working understanding of ADA/accessibility concepts and policy
CMS experience (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar)
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, Stensul
Knowledge of WCAG , usability, and responsive design best practices
Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in structured publishing workflows / content governance
