What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Support renewals and expansion efforts in collaboration with Account Managers
Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their goals and usage of the platform
Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in SaaS or familiarity with CRM tools
