As the Marketing & Local Leasing Coordinator at Belden Village Mall , you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, social media initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts in partnership with the Marketing & Business Development Manager. You will collaborate with the Local Leasing Manager to coordinate and advance local leasing activities, ensuring exceptional service for ownership, tenants, and guests. To succeed, you should have: College degree required with 2+ years of marketing or related experience; retail or real estate marketing experience preferred. Solid expertise in digital advertising, including Facebook/Instagram campaigns, retargeting, paid and organic social media, email marketing, and campaign analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Adobe tools required. Solid analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines. Interpret marketing trends and execute web retargeting and database growth strategies. Experience with Google Analytics, graphic design, or video editing preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ability to travel for conferences and national meetings as needed. Your responsibilities as the Marketing & Local Leasing Coordinator at Belden Village Mall will include: Execute research-driven marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. Grow and manage digital platforms, content, and audience engagement. Generate revenue through marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and events. Plan and execute seasonal events and community programs. Develop marketing collateral, oversee creative production, and manage signage/displays. Build strong tenant relationships and support localized marketing efforts. Track performance, analyze sales trends, and assist with reporting. Support the Marketing & Business Development Manager Have working knowledge of the area market. Principal Local Leasing Associate Accountabilities Support temporary leasing (RMUs, kiosks, in-line stores, vending) from lead generation through follow-up. Assist with contracts, renewals, and amendments. Coordinate merchandising, window displays, and space turnover. Support tenant sales performance and budget forecasting. Support the Local Leasing Manager. Help prepare and adhere to the monthly and quarterly budget forecasts. Ready to take your career to the next level?
