Homecare Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)

Position Overview This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-starter who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, or senior living. You will represent A Place At Home – Glenside in the community and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers Develop and maintain referral relationships with Hospitals & discharge planners Develop and maintain referral relationships with Assisted living communities Develop and maintain referral relationships with Independent living communities Develop and maintain referral relationships with Hospice agencies Develop and maintain referral relationships with Physicians’ offices Develop and maintain referral relationships with Social workers & case managers Conduct in-person marketing visits and community outreach Attend networking events and community functions Track referral sources and maintain follow-up communication Educate partners on Private Pay Home Care Educate partners on VA Benefits Educate partners on Medicaid Waivers (ACT 150 & OBRA) Educate partners on Long-Term Care Insurance Meet and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals Compensation 100% Commission-Based High earning potential (uncapped) Competitive percentage per closed case Bonuses available for performance milestones Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding agency Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing preferred (home care, hospice, rehab, senior services) Established referral relationships a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently Ideal Candidate You are: Relationship-driven Confident and persuasive Comfortable working on commission Passionate about serving seniors Well-connected in the local healthcare community Why Join A Place At Home – Glenside?
