Employer Industry: Digital Experience Platform Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $90,000 base with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 Competitive healthcare coverage and wellness programs Flexible time-off policy, including parental leave and recognition programs Opportunity for aggressive career growth and advancement within the organization Engaging and innovative work environment that embraces AI and new technologies Supportive company culture with a focus on collaboration and open communication What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Sell the employer's next-generation, AI-powered SaaS CMS to Mid-Market accounts Identify and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts Build relationships with senior-level executives and understand their needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and product fit Engage with channel partners and drive sales opportunities through cross-functional teamwork What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree Strong sales/client origination experience, preferably in CMS Experience in negotiating large strategic deals and managing client relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up technology environment Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite customers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in the SaaS business model for solutions delivery Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and outperforming peers Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial attitude We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
