As DRESSOURCE continues to scale its international footprint, we are strengthening our client-facing leadership with a Client Onboarding & Account Manager based in North America . This is a high-impact, client-critical role designed to drive operational excellence, elevate client experience in the USA, Canada, and Mexico .
What You’ll Own
Lead end-to-end onboarding for clients, from qualification to first-order activation
Act as the single point of contact for client communication, alignment, and delivery
Manage sampling, approvals, production timelines, and milestone tracking
Coordinate closely with sourcing, merchandising, and QA teams in Bangladesh
Maintain structured client data, KPIs, and performance dashboards
Support category expansion, product development, and sourcing optimization
Drive client retention through disciplined follow-ups and proactive value creation
What We’re Looking For
Experience in garment sourcing, merchandising, or international account management
Proven ability to manage global clients and cross-border operations with precision
Strong English communication skills (European language proficiency is a plus)
High operational discipline, documentation rigor, and stakeholder management capability
Comfortable working across North American and European time zones
Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and data-driven reporting
