Position Overview This role sits at the intersection of brand, investor experience, and first impressions. These individuals are the face of Hurricane Capital’s Miami headquarters and play a critical role in events, meetings, investor visits, and day-to-day office flow.
The two hires will rotate responsibilities between front desk coverage and event / investor experience execution.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for: Visiting investors
Portfolio managers
External partners and vendors
Conference room setup and logistics
Support investor events and firm-hosted functions: Conferences, dinners, LP meetings, roadshows
Event logistics, materials, and on-site execution
Assist with marketing collateral: Investor decks, one-pagers, signage, branded materials
Coordinate closely with Investor Relations and senior leadership
Maintain a polished, high-touch office environment consistent with an institutional hedge fund platform
Qualifications 0–5 years of experience in: Investor relations support
High-end hospitality, events, or professional services
Exceptionally polished and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with senior executives, LPs, and external partners
Miami-based, in-office role
