
Account Executive - Life Sciences

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join the commercial team of one of our clients. This role focuses on expanding our footprint within the life sciences sector (biopharma and medtech). The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing strategic client relationships.
This is a high-impact position for a consultative seller who understands the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem and can effectively communicate a differentiated value proposition to senior stakeholders across market access, HEOR, commercial development, and economic modeling functions.
Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Drive revenue growth by generating new client relationships and expanding business within existing accounts
Partner closely with internal teams—including Data Science, Product, and Strategy—to ensure solutions align with client needs
Maintain strong knowledge of value-based contracting, market access dynamics, and evolving healthcare reimbursement models
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM and sales tools
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, in life sciences (market access, HEOR, RWE)
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships
Understanding of the drug development lifecycle, healthcare reimbursement, or real-world evidence is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior, cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized, self-directed, and collaborative, with a growth mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
