What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territory to drive new business
Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Leverage communication and sales skills to effectively close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
3‑5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new logo acquisition
Proven track record of overachievement in sales performance
Experience in driving consistent activity and pipeline development
Ability to determine customer requirements and present suitable solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with value selling approaches in SaaS sales
Recognition in sales excellence (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
