Job Grade: 11: $27.02 - $33.77 Targeted Hourly Rate
Job Summary
This role is responsible for architecting, maintaining, and analyzing the data platforms that power credit union marketing decisions across digital, traditional, and partner channels. Insights of this role directly influence campaign strategies, member acquisition, and product development. Responsible for synthesizing complex data sets, performing advanced statistical analyses, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments. Works closely with Marketing and Member Services to optimize targeting, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
Duties / Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage data architecture to support marketing initiatives.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in member acquisition, product usage, and campaign ROI.
Demonstrate key marketing KPIs (e.g., Cost-per-Lead, Member Lifetime Value, etc.) and track performance against targets.
Aid in product analysis and development.
Partner with campaign managers, product owners, and external vendors to optimize marketing initiatives.
Implement data-validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Develop data dashboards and insights.
Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
Document data flows, pipeline logic, and reporting standards.
Monitor trends in member acquisition, engagement, retention, and product penetration to identify growth opportunities.
Provide forecasts, projections, and scenario modeling to support annual marketing planning and strategic initiatives.
Maintain documentation of data definitions, methodologies, and reporting procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.
Support regulatory and compliance-related data reporting needs as required by internal audit or executive leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities
Proficient in SQL, and Python (Pandas, Airflow, DBT or similar)
Experienced with Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong business acumen; able to translate data insights into marketing strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
Ability to articulate complex analyses for non-technical audiences
Proactively seek new data sources to validate hypothesis
Familiar with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure)
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, and ethical data handling practices
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms is preferred.
Travel as required
Education / Experience
Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, in addition to three plus years of progressive experience.
Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Some standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending and lifting.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times with occasional lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
