About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Consumer Marketing and Brand to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its lifestyle and hospitality platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the global consumer marketing strategy, with a focus on building a culturally relevant lifestyle brand that goes beyond traditional property promotion. This executive will be instrumental in developing the strategic brand narrative, creating launch and go-to-market playbooks, and enhancing direct-to-consumer engagement across various touchpoints. The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, and the ideal profile is an accomplished brand builder with a strong track record in launching, scaling, or repositioning consumer-facing lifestyle concepts. Applicants for this role should have significant senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within consumer-facing lifestyle, entertainment, retail, fashion, wellness, or adjacent sectors. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to work effectively in lean or fast-growth environments, strong expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market planning, creative leadership, and direct-to-consumer marketing. The Vice President will be expected to drive culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, and commercial performance.
