About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead a dynamic team in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns, product launches, and member engagement initiatives that are in line with the company's strategic objectives. Applicants for the SVP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience is necessary, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and be adept at developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels. Strong skills in brand management, market research, and performance analytics are essential, as is the ability to drive innovation and ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall objectives.
