Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Hazelwood, MO, for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating targeted email and SMS campaigns, analyzing marketing performance metrics, managing CRM tools, and driving customer engagement at all stages of the journey. xsgimln The individual will also focus on improving retention, loyalty, and customer experience through effective communication strategies and reporting efforts to internal teams.
Qualifications Experience in Email Marketing, SMS Campaigns, and CRM Tools Management Strong skills in Marketing Analytics, Campaign Performance Analysis, and Data Interpretation Familiarity with Customer Retention Strategies, Engagement Techniques, and Personalization Tactics Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content Creation to complement lifecycle strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools, is a plus Experience in or a passion for the outdoor and hunting industry is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
