Seeking an experienced
Corporate Recruiter with Midstream support capabilities . This recruiter will own end-to-end talent acquisition, manage stakeholder relationships, execute effective sourcing strategies, and support high-volume recruiting needs.
Experience in the petroleum, utilities, or manufacturing industries is preferred. Workday ATS experience is a plus. Location:
Findlay, OH OR San Antonio, TX Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessment, candidate presentation, debriefs, offer negotiation, and overall candidate experience. Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external stakeholders. Develop and execute diverse recruiting strategies using a range of sourcing methods. Conduct resume reviews and phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and role fit. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process. Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS while ensuring compliance and data privacy requirements. Monitor recruitment metrics to drive process effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Business preferred. 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience. Workday ATS experience preferred. Industry experience preferred: petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields. Experience supporting high-volume roles is a plus. Required Skills
Strong relationship building and consultative communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while delivering high?quality experiences. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Knowledge of compliance, data integrity, and confidentiality best practices. Comfort working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
