What to Expect

Own and manage a broad book of mid-market business, from new prospects to existing accounts

Conduct the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing

Articulate the DevSecOps value proposition and align it with customer business outcomes

Analyze wins and losses, contributing insights to improve sales strategies and processes

Document and maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans based on evidence

What is Required

Proven success in software sales, especially in a mid-market context

Ability to guide customers through the buying journey and define buying criteria

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams

Experience in maintaining accurate pipeline data and conducting win/loss analyses

Fluent German language skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Git, software development tools, or application lifecycle management

Interest in open source software and alignment with the company's values

Willingness to travel in line with company policy
