Responsibilities

Own and implement a portfolio strategy aligned to sales targets and customer value

Build and maintain robust annual account plans and lead regular account planning sessions

Develop strong executive relationships with key buyer personas, including C-suite executives

Drive new logo acquisition while expanding usage and revenue within existing enterprise customers

Lead customer conversations to uncover business challenges and align solutions to measurable outcomes

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record selling learning platforms or SaaS solutions

Proven success selling to CXOs, IT leaders, and senior business partners in large organizations

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and grow market share

Strong understanding of enterprise learning and customer/partner education

Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications

Strong executive presence and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs
