As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will engage customers by understanding their needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and guiding them through the sales process. Your role is essential in delivering a personalized and professional automotive buying experience. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their vehicle preferences. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation within showroom and during test drives. Recommend optional equipment and accessories. Research model availability and options. Collaborate with Sales Manager to finalize pricing, financing, and paperwork. Prepare sales documents and applications accurately. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operation and warranty details. Maintain a prospect development system to track customer leads. Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends. Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions. Adhere to company policies and meet or exceed sales targets. Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Work indoors and outdoors, including exposure to weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles may occur. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Strong reading and comprehension skills for business and technical materials. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and manuals. Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences. Problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited standard procedures.
