As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find vehicles that meet their needs. You will demonstrate the features and capabilities of vehicles, develop qualified buyers, and close sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor and determine the desired vehicle type and quality. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and on the road. Recommend optional equipment and accessories to customers. Research availability of models and options. Collaborate with Sales Manager during the sales process to finalize pricing, financing, and paperwork. Prepare all necessary sales documents, including credit applications and sales slips. Deliver new vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operation, warranty, and related information. Maintain a system to track potential buyers and sales prospects. Stay informed on new products, features, and accessories. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed sales forecasts and targets. Physical Requirements

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Regularly required to stand, talk, hear, walk, and sit. Potential exposure to exhaust fumes or airborne particles. Occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. Our Mission and Values

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is required. Ability to read and interpret business information, technical procedures, and regulations. Strong written communication skills, including report and correspondence writing. Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from customers and management. Problem-solving skills in situations with limited standardization. Ability to follow oral, written, or schedule instructions.
