This role is highly relational and consultative, combining business development strategy with deep industry knowledge. Lead customer interactions leveraging industry research and insights
Uncover new business via networking with key influencers including A&D and Commercial Real Estate
Create lasting relationships with key influencers as well as customers
Possess a strong desire to serve others
Uncover customer needs and position the appropriate solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
Manage customer touches and sales forecast in a CRM database
Grow and manage new as well as existing customer base
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Community Involvement
Proven track record achieving established sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Prior dealer sales experience a plus
Bachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent
