This role is highly relational and consultative, combining business development strategy with deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker, a solution-oriented thinker, and a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development within corporate and healthcare sectors
Develop partnerships with key influencers, including commercial real estate professionals
Represent ORI in the local business community through networking and events
Collaborate with ORI’s design team to recommend solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives
Stay current on workplace trends, products, and services through continuous learning and development
Use ORI’s CRM platform for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning
Skills and Qualifications Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent internal and external communication abilities
Ability to address issues constructively and work toward KPI progress
Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
