Overview
A leading, global organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join their high-performing HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a player-coach role, leading a team of recruiters while remaining close to delivery.
You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment strategy, elevating hiring processes, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring delivery against hiring goals and SLAs
Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, including proactive sourcing for complex roles
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor on market trends
Own and improve recruitment processes, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire
Manage escalations and complex hiring scenarios, ensuring compliance and best practice
Contribute hands-on to hiring when needed, particularly for critical or high-volume roles
Build and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
About You
5-7 + years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house)
Proven experience mentoring or leading recruiters
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Hands-on experience across full-cycle recruitment
Commercial mindset with strong market awareness
Passion for improving processes and driving continuous improvement
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments is highly advantageous
