Full-Time | Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule Compensation:
$42,000–$54,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Role
The Express Service Advisor is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry. You’ll support the express service lane, assisting customers with routine maintenance while learning the foundations of the service advisor role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow into a full Service Advisor position over time. What You’ll Do
Greet customers promptly and assist with express service needs
Write repair orders for routine maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations
Accurately document customer concerns and service requests
Provide basic estimates for routine services
Keep customers informed on service timing and progress
Work closely with express technicians to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
Ensure customer approval for recommended services
Review completed services with customers and ensure satisfaction
Support the service lane during high-volume periods
Learn dealership systems, processes, and service advisor fundamentals

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with people. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, willingness to be coached, and a team-first mindset are key, along with the ability to grow into a more advanced service role over time. Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check
Strong reliability and consistent attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
No prior automotive experience required, we will train the right candidate
