Marketing Insights & Analytics Specialist

Marketing Insights & Analytics Specialist Missoula, MT (Onsite) Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder We’re looking for a data-driven marketing professional to turn insights into action. This role owns marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement, helping guide strategy and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels. What you’ll do: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts Track marketing spend and measure ROI across campaigns Evaluate digital performance (web, email, CRM) and recommend improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategy and decision‑making What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams Requirements: Must be local to Kalispell, MT and able to work onsite Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Nice to have: Experience with dashboards/BI tools Exposure to campaign tracking, media analysis, or CRM data Great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending analytics with marketing strategy and making a real impact.
