
Director - Accounting Advisory (Media & Entertainment)

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Advisory Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $175,000 to $200,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead project teams and manage engagements for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to startups. Interact with clients and their auditors, providing expert guidance on technical accounting issues. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to financial reporting and advisory work. Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals. Requirements:
Possess at least 8+ years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting/finance. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards. Bring expertise in revenue recognition, production costs, and ASC 926. Show a successful track record of working in the Media & Entertainment industry. Display a proactive approach to solving client issues and delivering tailored solutions. Qualifications:
A background in audit, assurance, or accounting within the entertainment and media space. Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills. Apply meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of financial reporting. Collaborate confidently with C-level executives and cross-functional teams. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
