Employer Industry: Public Safety Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Uncapped commission with significant accelerators for exceeding targets Competitive salary and 401k with employer match Discretionary paid time off and paid parental leave for all employees Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Opportunity for professional growth and development within a mission-driven organization Work in a fast-paced, impactful environment that values diversity and innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory, building and executing account plans Develop and execute territory and account strategies for large, high-impact agencies focused on long-term revenue growth Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles that drive meaningful transformation for state agencies Build and maintain executive-level relationships, creating alignment across multiple stakeholders Identify, shape, and close high-value opportunities while navigating public sector complexities What is Required (Qualifications): 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record in complex enterprise or public sector environments Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a multi-state or highly strategic territory Ability to lead large, complex sales cycles involving executive stakeholders and procurement Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals within large organizations Familiarity with public sector sales cycles, including navigating budget cycles and RFPs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to drive pipeline strategy Familiarity with Corrections or Law Enforcement sales cycles Proven ability to drive organizational transformation in legacy environments Experience selling complex, multi-product solutions with clear business outcomes Highly autonomous operator capable of driving results across distributed teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
