What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi‑state Corrections territory, building and executing account plans for operational transformation

Lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles, positioning the employer’s solutions as a strategic priority

Build and maintain executive‑level relationships, creating alignment and urgency across multiple stakeholders

Identify, shape, and close high‑value opportunities while navigating procurement and regulatory complexities

Drive pipeline strategy and overall territory performance to consistently exceed sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, with a proven track record in complex enterprise or public sector environments

Experience leading large, complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles involving executive stakeholders

Proven ability to close high‑value, multi‑year deals within large organizations

Strong understanding of organizational transformation in legacy environments through technology adoption

Familiarity with public sector sales cycles, including budget cycles and RFPs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling complex, multi‑product solutions and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes

Proven ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships as a trusted advisor

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to drive pipeline strategy and forecasting accuracy
