What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory, building and executing account plans for large‑scale operational transformation
Develop and execute territory and account strategies aimed at long-term revenue growth and market expansion
Lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles, positioning the employer's solutions as a strategic priority
Build and maintain executive-level relationships, creating alignment and urgency across multiple stakeholders
Identify, shape, and close high‑value opportunities, navigating unique procurement and regulatory complexities
What is Required (Qualifications): 8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise or public sector environments
Proven success in owning and scaling a multi‑state or highly strategic territory
Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex sales cycles involving executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
Experience closing high‑value, multi‑year deals within large organizations
Familiarity with public sector, Corrections, or Law Enforcement sales cycles, including navigating budget cycles and RFPs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proven ability to drive organizational transformation in legacy or highly regulated environments through technology adoption
Experience selling complex, multi‑product solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
Highly autonomous operator capable of driving results across a distributed, cross‑functional team
Ability to sell with a strong point of view, articulating urgency and driving change in slow‑moving organizations
